By submitting your RSVP and attending Anisa’s 60th Birthday Celebration (the “Event”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.
Attendance & Assumption of Risk
Attendance at the Event is voluntary. Guests assume responsibility for their own conduct, safety, and personal belongings while attending the Event.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Event organizers, hosts, venue, and affiliated parties shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, illness, or expense arising out of or relating to attendance at or participation in the Event, except to the extent caused by such party’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Health & Safety
Guests are responsible for determining whether they are physically able to attend the Event and for taking appropriate precautions relating to their own health and wellbeing. Guests are expected to comply with all applicable venue rules, policies, and procedures, as well as any reasonable safety or security instructions provided by the organizers or venue staff.
Responsible Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly throughout the Event. The organizers reserve the right to refuse admission to or remove any guest whose conduct is unsafe, disruptive, inappropriate, or unlawful.
Photography & Media
Photographs and video recordings may be taken during the Event for commemorative, internal, and social media purposes. By attending, guests consent to being photographed or recorded and to the use of such images or recordings in connection with Event-related communications. Such images and recordings shall not be used for commercial advertising purposes without additional consent. Guests who prefer not to appear in photographs or recordings should notify the organizers in advance.
RSVP & Changes
If your plans change, we kindly ask that you update your RSVP as soon as possible so that accommodations may be adjusted accordingly. The organizers reserve the right to modify Event details, including timing, venue, or programming, if necessary.
Alcohol Consumption
If alcohol is served at the Event, guests who choose to consume alcohol are expected to do so responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws. Guests are encouraged to arrange safe transportation as needed.
